Sec. 3828.001. DEFINITIONS. In this chapter: (1) "Board" means the board of directors of the district. (2) "Commission" means the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality. (3) "District" means the Lake View Management and Development District. (4) "Improvement project" means a program or project authorized by Section 3828.102, inside or outside the boundaries of the district.
