Sec. 3829.104. LAW ENFORCEMENT SERVICES. To protect the public interest, the district may contract with Fort Bend County or the City of Missouri City to provide law enforcement services in the district for a fee. Added by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., Ch. 729 (H.B. 2019), Sec. 1.03, eff. April 1, 2007.
