Sec. 3831.054. QUALIFICATIONS. A director: (1) must be a registered voter of the City of Temple; and (2) may not: (A) be an elected official; or (B) be employed by the district or the City of Temple. Added by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., Ch. 729 (H.B. 2019), Sec. 1.03, eff. April 1, 2007.
