Definitions

Sec. 3833.001. DEFINITIONS. In this chapter: (1) "Board" means the board of directors of the district. (2) "Bond" means any type of interest-bearing obligation, including a bond, note, bond anticipation note, certificate of participation, or other similar evidence of indebtedness. (3) "City" means the City of San Antonio. (4) "District" means the Espada Development District. Added by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., Ch. 468 (S.B. 1892), Sec. 1, eff. June 17, 2006.
