Sec. 3833.051. BOARD OF DIRECTORS; TERMS. The district is governed by a board of five directors who serve staggered four-year terms, with two or three directors' terms expiring June 1 of each even-numbered year. Added by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., Ch. 468 (S.B. 1892), Sec. 1, eff. June 17, 2006.
