Sec. 3833.059. REMOVAL OF DIRECTORS. A board majority may petition the city's governing body to remove a director for misconduct or failure to carry out the director's duties. The governing body, after notice and hearing, may remove the director for the misconduct or failure. Added by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., Ch. 468 (S.B. 1892), Sec. 1, eff. June 17, 2006.
