Sec. 3833.154. PARTIAL TRANSFER IN STAGES. The district may transfer part of an improvement as provided by this subchapter if the district constructs the improvement in stages. Added by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., Ch. 468 (S.B. 1892), Sec. 1, eff. June 17, 2006.
