Sec. 3833.205. SURPLUS PROPERTY. (a) The district may sell, lease, or otherwise dispose of any property right that is not necessary for or, if the property right is a lease, that is inconsistent with the efficient operation and maintenance of the district's improvements. (b) The district may sell, lease, or otherwise dispose of any surplus property that is not necessary to implement a district purpose. Added by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., Ch. 468 (S.B. 1892), Sec. 1, eff.
