Sec. 3833.260. PREVAILING WAGE RATES; CITY. The district shall use the prevailing wage rate in the city for purposes of complying with Section 2258.022, Government Code. Added by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., Ch. 468 (S.B. 1892), Sec. 1, eff. June 17, 2006.
