Sec. 3833.353. CITY NOT REQUIRED TO PAY DISTRICT OBLIGATIONS. Except as provided by Section 3833.452, the city is not required to pay a bond, note, or other obligation of the district. Added by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., Ch. 468 (S.B. 1892), Sec. 1, eff. June 17, 2006.
