Sec. 3833.451. DISSOLUTION BY CITY VOTE. The governing body of the city, by a vote of not less than two-thirds of its membership, may by resolution dissolve the district. Added by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., Ch. 468 (S.B. 1892), Sec. 1, eff. June 17, 2006.
