Sec. 3836.101. AGRICULTURAL DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT POWERS. The district may exercise the powers given to an agricultural development district created under Chapter 60, Agriculture Code. Added by Acts 2007, 80th Leg., R.S., Ch. 821 (S.B. 1969), Sec. 1, eff. June 15, 2007.
