Sec. 3839.101. INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION POWERS. The district may exercise the powers given to an industrial development corporation under Chapter 505, Local Government Code, including the power to own, operate, acquire, construct, lease, improve, or maintain a project described by that chapter.
