Sec. 384.005. OFFSET REQUIREMENTS. All transactions of an organization involving emission reduction credits shall be subject to the offset requirements of the federal Clean Air Act (42 U.S.C. Section 7401 et seq.). Added by Acts 1993, 73rd Leg., ch. 128, Sec. 1, eff. May 11, 1993.
