Sec. 3845.053. APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTORS. (a) One director shall be appointed by a majority vote of the board of directors of the El Paso County Tornillo Water Improvement District. (b) One director shall be appointed by a majority vote of the Commissioners Court of El Paso County. (c) One director shall be appointed by the board from a list of persons submitted by the representative for House District 75. (d) Expired.
