Sec. 3846.252. NATURE OF DEVELOPMENT ZONE. A development zone is a political and corporate body and a political subdivision of the state, separate from the district. Added by Acts 2009, 81st Leg., R.S., Ch. 87 (S.B. 1969), Sec. 21.036, eff. September 1, 2009.
