Quorum

Sec. 3847.054. QUORUM. (a) Section 375.071, Local Government Code, does not apply to the district. (b) One-half of the board constitutes a quorum. (c) Except as provided by Section 3847.152, a concurrence of a majority of a quorum is required for any official district action.
