Sec. 3852.102. EXERCISE OF POWERS OUTSIDE DISTRICT. The district may exercise its powers in an area outside the district if the board determines that exercising those powers benefits the district. Added by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., Ch. 447 (S.B. 1836), Sec. 1, eff. June 17, 2005.
