Sec. 3853.203. AUTHORIZATION. The district may adopt a sales and use tax for the benefit of the district. The board is not required to hold an election to adopt the tax. Added by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., Ch. 458 (S.B. 1866), Sec. 1, eff. June 17, 2005.
