Sec. 3857.101. MUNICIPAL UTILITY DISTRICT. The district has the powers given to a municipal utility district created under Chapters 49 and 54, Water Code. Added by Acts 2007, 80th Leg., R.S., Ch. 1286 (H.B. 4093), Sec. 1, eff. June 15, 2007.
