Sec. 3857.104. AGREEMENTS; GRANTS. (a) The district may make an agreement with or accept a gift, grant, or loan from any person. (b) The implementation of a project is a governmental function or service for the purposes of Chapter 791, Government Code. Added by Acts 2007, 80th Leg., R.S., Ch. 1286 (H.B. 4093), Sec. 1, eff.
