Sec. 386.062. QUALIFICATIONS OF DIRECTORS. To serve as a director, a person must: (1) be at least 21 years old; and (2) be registered to vote in the county in which the development zone is located. Added by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1390, Sec. 1, eff. June 16, 2001.
