Sec. 386.113. ON-ROAD DIESEL PURCHASE OR LEASE INCENTIVE SCHEDULE. A new on-road diesel is eligible for reimbursement of incremental costs according to the following schedule: Added by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 967, Sec. 1(b), eff. Sept. 1, 2001.
