Sec. 3860.105. CONTRACT FOR LAW ENFORCEMENT SERVICES. To protect the public interest, the district may contract with: (1) Harris County or the City of Houston for the county or the city to provide law enforcement services in the district for a fee; and (2) a private entity for the private entity to provide supplemental security services.
