Sec. 3860.151. PUBLIC TRANSIT SYSTEM. The district may acquire, lease as lessor or lessee, construct, develop, own, operate, and maintain a public transit system to serve the area in the district. Added by Acts 2007, 80th Leg., R.S., Ch. 968 (H.B. 4134), Sec. 1, eff. June 15, 2007.
