Sec. 3866.004. BOUNDARIES. The district includes all the territory contained in the following described area: Block A Lot 1, Lot 2, Lot 3, and Lot 4A of the Kennedale Retail Center Addition; Block A Lot 2 and Lot 3 of the B.T.
