Sec. 3867.052. APPOINTMENT OF VOTING DIRECTORS. The governing body of the city shall appoint voting directors from persons recommended by the board. A person is appointed if a majority of the members of the governing body of the city vote to appoint that person. Added by Acts 2013, 83rd Leg., R.S., Ch. 582 (S.B. 863), Sec. 1, eff. June 14, 2013.
