Sec. 3870.154. POWERS OF COUNTY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT. The district has the powers of a county development district provided by Chapter 383, Local Government Code. Added by Acts 2009, 81st Leg., R.S., Ch. 245 (S.B. 2470), Sec. 1, eff. September 1, 2009.
