Definitions

Sec. 3874.001. DEFINITIONS. In this chapter: (1) "Board" means the district's board of directors. (2) "City" means the City of Dallas. (3) "District" means the Cypress Waters Municipal Management District. (4) "Improvement project" means a project authorized by Section 3874.102: (A) inside the boundaries of the district; and (B) in areas outside but adjacent to the boundaries of the district if the project is for the purpose of extending public infrastructure improvements beyond the district's boundaries to a logical terminus.
