Sec. 3874.055. DIRECTOR'S OATH OR AFFIRMATION. A director's oath or affirmation of office shall be filed with the district and the district shall retain the oath or affirmation in the district records. A copy of each director's oath or affirmation of office shall be filed with the city's secretary. Added by Acts 2009, 81st Leg., R.S., Ch. 586 (S.B. 2466), Sec. 1, eff. June 19, 2009.
