Sec. 3890.151. PUBLIC TRANSIT SYSTEM. The district may acquire, lease as lessor or lessee, construct, develop, own, operate, and maintain a public transit system to serve the area in the district. Added by Acts 2009, 81st Leg., R.S., Ch. 870 (S.B. 2507), Sec. 1, eff. June 19, 2009.
