Sec. 39.021. ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE. The State Board of Education by rule shall establish the essential skills and knowledge that all students should learn to achieve the goals provided under Section 4.002. Added by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 260, Sec. 1, eff. May 30, 1995.
