Sec. 39.355. REGISTRATION OF POWER MARKETERS. A person may not sell electric energy at wholesale as a power marketer unless the person registers with the commission pursuant to Section 35.032. Added by Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 405, Sec. 39, eff. Sept. 1, 1999.
