Sec. 3902.157. CITY REQUIREMENTS. (a) An improvement project in the city must comply with city ordinances and construction codes. (b) The district may not provide, conduct, or authorize any improvement project on the city's streets, highways, rights-of-way, or easements without the consent of the governing body of the city.
