Sec. 3906.052. APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTORS. The governing body of the city shall appoint directors. Four directors must be appointed from persons recommended by the board as provided by Section 375.064, Local Government Code. Added by Acts 2011, 82nd Leg., R.S., Ch. 1269 (S.B. 1922), Sec. 1, eff.
