Sec. 3906.155. WATER. (a) An improvement project may include a supply and distribution facility or system to provide potable and nonpotable water to the residents and businesses of the district, including a wastewater collection facility. (b) The district may plan, design, construct, improve, maintain, or operate a water or sewer facility under this section. Added by Acts 2011, 82nd Leg., R.S., Ch. 1269 (S.B. 1922), Sec. 1, eff.
