Sec. 392.039. OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES OF A REGIONAL HOUSING AUTHORITY. (a) The commissioners of a regional housing authority shall elect a chairman from among the commissioners. (b) The commissioners of a regional housing authority may select or employ other officers and employees the commissioners consider necessary. Acts 1987, 70th Leg., ch. 149, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1987.
