Sec. 392.040. LEGAL SERVICES. (a) A municipal housing authority may request needed legal services from the municipal attorney or it may employ its own counsel and legal staff. (b) A county housing authority may request needed legal services from the county attorney or it may employ its own counsel and legal staff. (c) A regional housing authority may request needed legal services from the county attorney of a county in the authority or it may employ its own counsel and legal staff.
