Sec. 392.062. REPORTS. (a) At least once a year, each housing authority shall file a report of its activities for the preceding year and make recommendations for additional legislation or other action it considers necessary to carry out the purposes of this chapter. (b) A municipal housing authority shall file the report with the clerk of the municipality. A county housing authority shall file the report with the county clerk. A regional housing authority shall file the report with the county clerks of the counties in the authority. Acts 1987, 70th Leg., ch. 149, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1987.
