Exemption of Property From Execution Sale

Sec. 392.103. EXEMPTION OF PROPERTY FROM EXECUTION SALE. (a) The real property of an authority is exempt from levy and sale by execution. An execution or other judicial process may not issue against the property, and a judgment against the authority may not be a charge or lien on the property. (b) Subsection (a) does not limit the right of an obligee to foreclose or otherwise enforce a mortgage of an authority or to pursue a remedy for the enforcement of a pledge or lien given by the authority on its rents, fees, or revenues.
