Sec. 3929.051. GOVERNING BODY; TERMS. (a) The district is governed by a board of five elected directors. (b) Except as provided by Section 3929.054, directors serve staggered four-year terms, with two or three directors' terms expiring June 1 of each odd-numbered year.
