Sec. 3929.202. LAW APPLICABLE TO NEW DISTRICT. This chapter applies to any new district created by division of the district, and a new district has all the powers and duties of the district. Added by Acts 2015, 84th Leg., R.S., Ch. 978 (H.B. 3605), Sec. 1, eff. September 1, 2015.
