Update of Registration Statement

Sec. 393.102. UPDATE OF REGISTRATION STATEMENT. A credit services organization shall update information contained in the registration statement not later than the 90th day after the date on which the information changes. Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 1008, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1997.
