Inspection of Registration Statement

Sec. 393.103. INSPECTION OF REGISTRATION STATEMENT. A credit services organization shall allow a consumer to inspect the registration statement on request. Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 1008, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1997.
