Sec. 3930.105. LAW ENFORCEMENT SERVICES. To protect the public interest, the district may contract with the county or the city to provide law enforcement services in the district for a fee. Added by Acts 2015, 84th Leg., R.S., Ch. 980 (H.B. 3888), Sec. 1, eff. June 19, 2015.
