Sec. 3931.206. CITY NOT REQUIRED TO PAY DISTRICT OBLIGATIONS. Except as provided by Section 375.263, Local Government Code, the city is not required to pay a bond, note, or other obligation of the district. Added by Acts 2015, 84th Leg., R.S., Ch. 878 (H.B. 4147), Sec. 1, eff. June 18, 2015.
