Improvement Project and Service In Definable Areas

Sec. 3933.154. IMPROVEMENT PROJECT AND SERVICE IN DEFINABLE AREAS. The district may undertake an improvement project or service that confers a special benefit on one or more definable areas in the district that share a common characteristic or use and levy and collect a special assessment on benefited property in the district in accordance with: (1) Chapter 372, Local Government Code; or (2) Chapter 375, Local Government Code.
