Sec. 3933.256. RATES, FEES, AND CHARGES. The district may establish, revise, repeal, enforce, and collect rates, fees, and charges for the enjoyment, sale, rental, or other use of: (1) an improvement project; (2) a product resulting from an improvement project; or (3) another district facility, service, or property.
