Sec. 3933.257. PUBLIC SERVICE USER CHARGES. The district may establish user charges related to various public services, including: (1) the collection and treatment of wastewater; (2) the operation of storm water facilities, including the regulation of storm water for the protection of water quality in the district; or (3) the provision of septic tank maintenance services inside and outside the district.
