Sec. 3938.157. NONPOTABLE WATER USER CHARGES. The district may establish user charges for the use of nonpotable water for irrigation purposes, subject to approval of the governing body of the county. Added by Acts 2015, 84th Leg., R.S., Ch. 982 (H.B. 4154), Sec. 1, eff. June 19, 2015.
